If a husband of a woman or any other woman make seventy circles with the index finger on the belly of a pregnant woman and say "YA MATEEN" with each circle, she would deliver a male baby by the grace of ALLAH ALMIGHTY.

Take a clean wood board and spread sand on it.Then take a nail and write Huroof-e-Abjad on it.They are,              أ  ب  ج د  ه  و ز ح  ط ي.

The writer should press forcibly on the first letter i.e "أ ". Now ask the person to place his hand on the aching place. And the writer should say it aloud as well. Then ask the patient if the pain has subsided.If he says 'yes' then that's fine otherwise you should continue the process with the next letter and so on, one by one. The pain will certainly finish before the last letter.
